We ensure a dissatisfied consumer can address the grievance by filling out the return/exchange form available in the “My Account” section in order to process the return/exchange. The product must be returned/exchanged within 15 days of the delivery/invoice date. Missing items, wrong orders, or excess charges must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
  2. Each item can only be exchanged once.
  3. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  4. All gifts or promotional items received with your purchase must be returned with your order.
  5. This policy applies to partially used products as well in case of dissatisfaction, wherein not more than 25% of the product has been used.
  6. If the return complies with our return and exchange policy, we will give you a 100% refund of the purchase price paid or one can exchange the product for a product of the same or lesser value.
  7. Please note: Although we have tried to accurately show the actual color of the products, there may be a slight variation based on the operating system you are using.
  8. Please note that Colorbar will not accept the return of the products without a relevant customer invoice and Product Return Form.
  9. This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused.
  10. All Nail Lacquers and Accessories are of final sale .

Refund Policy:

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days, to the bank account mentioned in the return form, from the date on which Colorbarbeauty.com receives returned goods.
